Duties
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, assessing vehicle issues efficiently on-site
- Perform repairs such as changing flat tires, jump-starting batteries, and replacing and testing batteries.
- Use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical systems accurately
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used for each incident
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during roadside interventions to protect yourself and motorists
- Assist with vehicle recovery when necessary, including lane and road closures or securing stranded vehicles
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience working on various vehicle systems
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters
- Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to roadside challenges
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely
- Prior experience in vehicle repair or roadside assistance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
