This is a startup opportunity, not a regular post job. We are looking for someone with security experience who wants to step into a leadership role and help build something from the ground up.
This may be a good fit for someone currently working in security who wants to advance, or someone retired/semi-retired from security, law enforcement, military, or corrections who wants a flexible part-time role.
The goal is to launch within approximately 120 days. Paid work begins after the company is licensed, insured, legally approved to operate, and first client funding is secured.
Duties may include helping with compliance, guard hiring standards, post orders, officer supervision, site readiness, and building professional company procedures.
Minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of security experience
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain the Florida MB Security Agency Manager license
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to communicate clearly
- Must be able to provide proof of experience
Starting pay after activation: $25.00 per hour, part-time, up to 20 hours per week depending on workload.
Profit-sharing potential may be available as the company grows.
This role is best for someone who understands the startup phase and is interested in long-term growth, leadership, and helping build a serious security company from the beginning.
Once established, opportunity for higher pay and more flexible hours.
