Job Summary
A well-established organization in the education sector is seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in the West Nashville, TN area. This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys hands-on facilities work, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and keeping buildings and campus systems operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across assigned facilities and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and complete HVAC maintenance tasks to support reliable climate control and building comfort.
- Maintain and repair plumbing, irrigation, and related facility systems as needed.
- Support maintenance needs for aquatics areas, including equipment checks, water system support, and general upkeep.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner while prioritizing safety and operational continuity.
- Document completed work, identify recurring issues, and communicate repair needs or improvement recommendations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire, full-time position.
- Base salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on credentials, skills, and experience.
