We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our hotel operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations in accordance with corporate policies and brand standards
- Ensure full compliance with brand requirements, including quality assurance audits, inspections, and service standards
- Drive revenue growth and profitability while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
- Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies aligned with brand initiatives
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; analyze performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Partner with ownership and corporate teams (accounting, human resources, procurement) to ensure operational alignment
- Oversee all sales activities, participate in strategy meetings, and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate department heads and team members in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as safety and risk management standards
- Maintain regular communication with ownership regarding hotel performance and strategic direction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience in a branded hotel environment required
- Strong knowledge of brand standards, systems, and quality assurance processes
- Proven ability to drive financial results and manage budgets effectively
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with hotel management systems (PMS), revenue management, and reporting tools
Pay: From $70,304.00 per year
