Job Summary
United Pro Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead an aerial construction crew on strand, fiber, and coax projects. This position is ideal for someone who has strong leadership skills, extensive telecom experience, and the ability to drive production while maintaining safety and quality standards.
As a Foreman, you will be responsible for managing daily jobsite operations, training crew members, completing overhead telecom work, and ensuring all tasks meet OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an aerial crew performing strand, fiber, and coax installation
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, construction prints, and project specifications
- Climb poles safely using hooks and belt as needed
- Operate bucket trucks, lashers, trailers, and telecom tools
- Perform and document daily vehicle/equipment inspections
- Coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and other contractors
- Enforce safety policies and promote a safe work environment
- Complete jobsite paperwork, work orders, and redlines accurately
- Train and mentor crew members to ensure efficient production
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aerial telecom construction
- Strong understanding of strand, fiber, coax, anchors, and construction prints
- Ability to climb poles with hooks & belt
- Able to complete accurate map markups for billing.
- Experience leading a crew (Foreman or Lead Tech)
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Knowledge of OSHA & DOT regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Some weekends as needed
- Overtime available based on workload
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 80 per week
Work Location: In person
