Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale construction initiatives, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project schedules
- Manage construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to guide project execution effectively.
- Monitor project budgets, control costsand implement cost management strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by adhering to local construction laws, permits, and environmental regulations.
- Facilitate communication across all project phases through detailed documentation, progress reports, and regular meetings.
- Manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure clear scope of work and accountability.
- This position is a contracted w-9 positon
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong background in construction estimating, cost control, and budget management for large infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of construction scheduling techniques including project schedule coordination and timeline optimization.
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations across commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, blueprint reading, contracts administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams and clients.

Pay: $57,324.48 - $70,000.00 per year
