We’re expanding our crew and looking for a CNC Set-up Specialist who’s ready to grow with us — someone who’s detail-driven, dependable, and excited to build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing.
Position Overview: CNC Set-up Specialist
As a CNC Set-up Specialist, you’ll play a key role in producing high-precision components using CNC mills (preferably HAAS). You’ll collaborate with our design and programming team to create complex tooling for orthopedic devices and turbine engines — work that truly makes an impact.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues
- Perform routine maintenance and keep machines clean
- Follow all safety and quality protocols with precision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of CNC machine experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with measuring tools and quality control
- Basic understanding of G-code
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable, organized, and positive team player
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow procedures
- Drug-free and safety-conscious
