Pure Options Frandor is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to be the first face and voice of our location — serving as the First Impression Specialist for our customers and community.
Position Overview
As our Receptionist, you will be the very first touchpoint for every guest who enters or calls our store. You help set the tone — friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. You’ll welcome customers, verify IDs, provide basic product/brand guidance, answer phones, and support the front-of-house flow while customers wait to be escorted to the sales floor.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome all customers with positivity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Act as a brand ambassador by creating an exceptional first impression
- Check and verify IDs using compliance procedures
- Answer phones, assist with questions, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Provide general cannabis knowledge and product recommendations (training provided; prior knowledge a plus!)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and calm front-lobby environment
- Utilize computer systems and communication tools with accuracy and confidence
- Work collaboratively with store leadership and sales team to support customer flow

Schedule & Status
- Full-time role
- Weekends and evenings required
Compensation
- $17.00 per hour
