Blossoms Day Care LLC is seeking a loving, energetic, and developmentally‑minded Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our exceptional team. Job Summary
The Infant/Toddler Teacher creates a warm, responsive, and developmentally appropriate environment for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years. This role includes planning meaningful activities, supporting emerging milestones, maintaining accurate documentation, and building strong relationships with families.
You will work in a collaborative, supportive environment where teachers are valued, encouraged, and trusted as professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities that support growth in language, motor skills, social‑emotional development, and sensory exploration
- Maintain individualized developmental plans and observations
- Create engaging lesson plans with daily choices across learning domains
- Provide nurturing, responsive interactions that build trust and support early learning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with families through daily reports and ongoing updates
- Collaborate with co‑teachers to ensure consistent, high‑quality care
- Uphold licensing standards, center policies, and quality‑improvement goals
Qualifications & Skills
- NC State Lead Teacher Qualifications
- Early Childhood Associate Degree or higher
- Early Educator Certification (EEC)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Criminal Records Check clearance
- Experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed child care setting preferred

Early Child Care Associates degree or higher
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.23 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
