Cryofix Wellness is looking for a passionate, motivated Sports Therapist to join our recovery team.
This is not a traditional spa massage position. We specialize in helping athletes, active adults, and people living with chronic pain recover faster and move better through targeted bodywork and recovery therapies. Our Sports Therapists combine hands-on treatment with client education to identify movement restrictions, reduce pain, and create personalized recovery plans.
What You'll Do
- Perform targeted bodywork including deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, cupping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (scraping).
- Assess clients' concerns and educate them on what may be contributing to their pain or tightness.
- Develop personalized recovery plans and recommend ongoing treatment when appropriate.
- Educate clients on Cryofix services and membership options that support their recovery goals.
- Maintain a clean, professional treatment area.
What We're Looking For
- Current California Massage Therapy certification/license.
- Experience with sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping, scraping (IASTM), and assisted stretching preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for fitness, recovery, and helping people move and feel their best.
- Confidence educating clients and recommending treatment plans.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Comfortable working on people fully clothed

Pay: $26.40 - $32.00 per hour
