Responsibilities
· Oversee the creation and ongoing management of resident care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
· Supervise caregiving staff to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and resident well-being with the support of the LALD.
· Provide mentorship, training and support for dedicated caregiving staff.
· Collaborate with resident families, area caseworkers, guardians, and social workers to promote a person-centered approach to care.
· Oversee all infection control protocols.
· Work closely with entire team while enjoying a flexible working environment.
· Must hold a valid RN license with current registration in the State of Minnesota.
