Our Ideal Team Member
We're looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping others. The right person takes initiative, notices the little details, enjoys keeping things running smoothly, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed. They understand that creating a memorable guest experience starts long before the paint hits the canvas—and they take pride in helping make that happen.
I think this version better reflects the personality of your studio. It reads less like a corporate office position and more like the dynamic, guest-focused role it truly is, while still setting clear expectations for professionalism and accountability.
