About the Role
Our sign business is growing, and we are looking for Production Specialists who love to build, create, and solve problems. This isn’t a "sit-behind-a-desk" job—you’ll be working with your hands every day to bring high-impact visual projects to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Production: Expertly weed vinyl, mount prints to substrates, and prep dimensional letters.
- Installation: Head out into the field to install wall graphics and custom signage.
- Problem Solving: Use your "handyman" skills to figure out the best way to make a custom project fit and look perfect.

Who You Are
- Self-Motivated & Smart: You don’t wait to be told what to do; you see a task and tackle it.
- Great with Tools: You are comfortable handling tools and have a natural mechanical aptitude.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in "clean" work (straight lines and zero bubbles!).
- Experience? Previous experience in weeding, mounting, or installing graphics is a major plus, but not required. If you are handy and eager to learn, we want to talk to you.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
