Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock repairs, painting and general repairs needed at time of a move out, customer service, and leadership abilities. This role involves maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems, ensuring optimal functionality and safety within our facilities as well. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Fabricate parts or components as required for repairs or modifications.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct residential painting tasks when necessary to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical problems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and technical manuals.
- Experience in supervising teams is preferred.
- Proficient in residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
