What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and policy violations through proper channels.

Support site operations by following post orders, maintaining a professional presence, and assisting with security-related checks of doors, gates, alarms, and other access control points.
Minimum Requirements:

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
