We are currently looking for a Landscape Production Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in landscape installation who is ready to take on a leadership role. Position Overview
The Landscape Laborer works as part of a professional installation crew responsible for constructing and enhancing outdoor spaces. This position assists with landscape installations, sod installation, grading, planting, hardscape construction, irrigation, and other landscape-related projects.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is willing to learn new skills while contributing to a team environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape installation projects.
- Install trees, shrubs, perennials, and other plant materials.
- Install sod and assist with grading and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and move landscape materials and equipment.
- Assist with retaining wall, paver patio, and hardscape installations.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work effectively as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule.
- Represent the company professionally on customer properties.
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company.
- Valid driver's license.
