Mangold Horticulture is a high-end, full service landscape maintenance company for the Lake Minnetonka area and beyond. We are growing and interested in adding top level talent to our team!
We are looking for someone who can provide the highest level of service and grow to do more in the years to come. This is a full time, year-round position with active snow removal and shop work every week in the winter. We are looking to fill this position right away!
Duties:
- Manage and work with assigned crew on weekly mowing routes for a team of 1-4 people
- Manage and work with assigned crew on spring and fall cleanups
- Manage and perform equipment maintenance
- Work with assigned team on snow plowing and shoveling routes
Qualifications:
- Must have 1-3 years of previous Crew Lead/Foreman experience shown on resume
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license
- Have or be willing to get a DOT medical card
- Must be available to work full time hours
