Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year (based on experience)

Little Tesla Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic providing Speech, Occupational, Physical, and ABA Therapy. We are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while fostering a fun, supportive, and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
- Accurately document treatment sessions and client progress.
- Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary therapy team.
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain an organized treatment environment.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Maintain compliance with all clinic, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
- Current Florida SLPA license
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Pediatric experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
