Private family in the Boston area seeks an experienced, highly educated nanny for two teenagers (ages 13 and 16). This isn't traditional childcare — it's about structure, academic support, and building independence during after-school and evening hours.
Responsibilities Supervise and support two teens after school and in the evenings; manage homework, study habits, and organization; build life skills like time management and accountability; drive kids to activities (car provided); keep the household team aligned; help kids manage their own belongings and spaces.
Requirements Teaching, tutoring, or education background. Experience with teens, especially those needing executive-function support. Fluent English, US citizen, valid driver's license with clean record, good credit.
Schedule Full-time, 40 hrs/week, salaried. Monday–Thursday and Saturdays, afternoons through 9–10pm. Fridays off. Weekend flexibility required.
Compensation $100,000/year + up to 5% annual bonus. Health insurance (70% individual premium covered), 401(k) with 4% match, $100,000 life insurance, dental, vision, PTO. Pay continues at full rate when the family travels.
