Job duties may include:
Responsible for daily operation of ROFC powder coat line.
Application of PPG powders to office furniture components with consistent finish quality and steady conveyor throughput.
Prep technique, line efficiency, and finish quality.
Operate and understand the Gema OptiFlex 2 powder gun in a single booth and conveyor line for daily production volume
Apply PPG powders to office furniture components to spec
Monitor and adjust conveyor line speed for throughput and finish quality
Inspect finished parts for coverage, defects, and color consistency before release
Use of Gema OptiFlex 2 powder gun, single booth conveyor powder coat line, curing oven, sanders, grinders, prep hand tools, hangers, racks, line hardware, and body filler

Experience required:
5 plus years of experience as a professional powder coating
Hands-on conveyor line experience
Strop prep skills including sanding, body filler application, hanging, and tacking
Preferred experience:
Experience with Gema gun systems
Experience in industrial painting, powder coating, or upholstery
Experience in office furniture, metal furniture, or architectural metal refinishing
PPG powder familiarity
Process improvement, line tuning, or production scheduling exposure for line optimization
