Pay Rate
- ACTIVE HCA or NAC: Starting at $19.25/hour (+$1.00/hour NOC differential) per hour
- NO HCA OR NAC CERTIFICATION: Starting at $18.25/hour(+$1.00/hour NOC differential).
We are hiring for:
Part-time day shift (15-22.5 hours per week)
Part-time / Full-time NOC shift (8-40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered care and supervision
- Assist with ADLs (oral care, grooming, dressing, toileting, showering, eating, etc.)
- Ensure resident safety and report any changes in condition
- Light housekeeping, cleaning, and restocking supplies (primarily NOC shift)
- Accurately complete documentation
- Offer companionship and emotional support
Requirements (Applicants must meet all of the following to be considered)
Active HCA or NAC certification in the state of Washington OR proof of completion of 75 hour HCA program. This includes Mental Health and Dementia certificates (these items are required to be considered for the supervisory evening shift role.)
Current CPR / First Aid certification
Valid Washington State Food Handler’s Permit
Ability to pass both state and federal background check
