Job Summary
We are hiring part-time Catering Event Team Members to support onsite event execution. This role includes event setup, food and buffet service, guest interaction, equipment organization, restocking, cleanup, and breakdown. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, guest-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment. Most work takes place on weekends and evenings, with schedules varying by event calendar.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, service, cleanup, and breakdown
- Support buffet setup, food presentation, and guest service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout events
- Restock supplies, food stations, and service areas as needed
- Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and team members
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing event equipment
- Support team members during live wood-fired pizza service
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, catering, banquet, hospitality, or event experience preferred
- Strong reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and variable event schedules
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull event-related equipment and supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Handler Certification preferred, or ability to obtain after hire
- Reliable transportation to Long Beach and/or event locations

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
