Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry
We’re currently seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our amazing team.
Details of the Tele Registered Nurse Opening:
- Anticipated start date: ASAP
- Salary Range: $43 hr
- Shift: 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Setting: LTAC Hospital

Daily Range of Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms and report changes
- Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and response to treatment
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and cardiac drips as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, medications, and lifestyle changes
- Recognize and respond to cardiac emergencies and patient deterioration
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Active RN license in the state of practice (or compact license)
- Specialty certifications (preferred): Telemetry Certification, NIHSS (stroke certification)
- Minimum of 2 years’ rehabilitation nurse experience
- Must have ACLS & BLS certifications (Must be through the American Heart Association)
- Must have vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines & preferred wound care experience
- PRN position
