Honorable Mention is an elevated sports bar delivering a refined yet approachable game-day experience, that will be opening late February/Early March 2026. We offer curated cocktails, large-format TVs, and a comfortable, energetic atmosphere designed for connection and excitement. Our menu features thoughtfully crafted small-plate shareables alongside bold, show-stopping entrées meant to be enjoyed together. Role Summary
The Expo is responsible for overseeing food execution and ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen accurate, complete, and timed correctly for the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of food from kitchen to dining room
- Verify accuracy, presentation, and completeness of all dishes
- Communicate pacing with servers and kitchen
- Prioritize tickets during high-volume and game-time rushes
- Run food as needed to maintain speed and quality
- Identify and resolve issues before food hits the table
- Maintain a clean and organized expo station
