Valid real estate license in the state of Maryland
- Recently licensed or within the first year of obtaining real estate license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of real estate principles and practices
- Proficient with technology, including MLS systems and real estate software
- Willingness to attend training sessions and company meetings
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
