Job Overview
We are looking to hire Front Counter Employees* to join our team at Rosarios Pizzeria in Clarks Summit, PA. This position is essential in providing great customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front counter. Looking for those who are able to multitask, are quick learners, and can maintain a friendly attitude.
*Looking for full time and parttime availability Monday through Saturdays.
Duties
- Greet customers; take orders accurately and in a professional manner
- Provide correct information to customers about menu/order time/delivery status
- Handle cash/credit card transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and pizza showcase
- Light restocking and cleaning as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a pizzeria or quick-service restaurants is preferred.
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can work well with others
- Flexibility to work various shifts/days
*Important to note:
*****ALL initial training will take place during the MORNING SHIFTS (approximate training shift: 10am to 3pm). Once trained and can handle a shift, a fit schedule will begin. This is paid training. *****
