Competitive Pay: Base pay ranges from $26 - $30 per hour, depending on experience. Additional pay includes:

2nd shift differential: $3.00/hour

3rd shift differential: $2.00/hour

Weekend differentials for all shifts: $4.00/hour

Pay in lieu of benefits: $3.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: For benefited positions, enjoy a $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid out in increments over the first two years of employment.

As an LPN at Trinity Elms HR, you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of their attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include:

Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
-
Maintaining security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
-
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
-
Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments.

Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.

Graduation from an accredited LPN program or college.

Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.

CPR certification or willingness to complete it.

Preferred: 2 years of experience as an LPN.

Physical exertion involving pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching.

Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
