As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Avir at Camp Wood, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents in Uvalde, Texas. Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and mobility needs
Take vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and maintain accurate records
Support residents with daily living tasks, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom
Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and following facility policies
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with varying weights and abilities
