Overview
Balbes Custom Builders, Inc., is seeking an experienced Project Manager to our growing team. Candidates need to have familiarity with blueprints and be able to coordinate subcontractors, purchase materials, establish budgets, maintain schedules and effectively communicate to the team. Job responsibilities also include:
- Oversee residential projects
- Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors and insurance companies
- Coordinate job starts and schedule appointments with clients
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnel
- Provide constructive feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budget
- Meet with municipal inspectors as required
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in working in the building industry
- Outstanding communication and customer service experience
- Detail Oriented
- Valid Driver's license
