Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Organize and maintain legal documents, including filing, scanning, and indexing
- Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
- Assist in drafting memos, letters, and other written materials
- Manage document management systems and databases
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Perform data entry and update client information in the system
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using document management systems and other legal software
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to transcribe dictations accurately
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, able to manage heavy trial caseload, proficient with MS Office software and Outlook, typing minimum of 50 wpm. Must be fluent in Florida rules and procedure as well State and Federal court electronic filings. Must be able to work with 2 full time associates including assisting in calendaring, e-filing and deadline management.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
