The Multimedia Coordinator supports the Manager in overseeing the development, production, and delivery of multimedia learning content. This role combines coordination, planning, and hands-on production responsibilities to ensure that all multimedia and AI-driven projects align with institutional goals and are delivered efficiently. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between cross-functional teams while contributing directly to the creation and optimization of engaging learning materials for Northbridge University students.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operations of multimedia production projects under the guidance of the Manager.

Support the Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking multimedia and AI-driven initiatives.

Act as a liaison between departments (instructional design, editing, graphic design, HTML specialists, and others) to ensure alignment and workflow efficiency.

Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of learning objects and multimedia assets.

Assist in developing and implementing workflows, standards, and best practices for multimedia production and AI integration.

Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all multimedia deliverables, including videos, banners, infographics, animations, and other digital assets.

Review and validate multimedia content to confirm alignment with branding guidelines, instructional objectives, and institutional standards.

Perform quality control checks on audio, video, graphics, and AI-generated elements to ensure clarity, accessibility, and technical excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues prior to final delivery or publication.

Maintain and help enforce quality assurance processes, checklists, and best practices across all multimedia and AI-integrated projects.

Ensure all content meets compliance requirements related to copyright, accessibility (e.g., captions, alt text), and platform specifications.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new team members within the multimedia department, ensuring a structured and positive integration experience.

Develop and maintain onboarding plans, schedules, and documentation aligned with departmental workflows, tools, and standards.

Serve as a point of contact for new hires, facilitating introductions, access to systems, and understanding of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

Collaborating with the Manager and team leads to ensure new employees receive the necessary training on multimedia tools, AI technologies, and internal processes.

Coordinate the implementation of AI tools and technologies to enhance multimedia production, personalization, and efficiency across projects.

Support the development of workflows and best practices for the effective use of AI in multimedia production.

Ensure ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI technologies, including adherence to copyright, accessibility, and data privacy standards.
Education/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience in educational content development or e-learning environments.

Previous experience in a coordination or team lead role within multimedia production.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in multimedia production, digital learning environments, instructional design, educational technology, or AI-enhanced content development.

Must be fully bilingual and able to communicate in Spanish and English, both written and verbally
