Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite: Tue/Wed/Thu, 2 days remote)
Compensation Range: $30 - 34 per hour
Are you ready to spearhead integrated marketing initiatives for a global leader in the pharmaceutical sector? This dynamic, high-visibility role positions you as the key consultative partner, translating complex brand strategies into high-impact creative campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal brand teams and external creative agencies to drive aligned, end-to-end omnichannel solutions.
- Provide strategic direction and consultative counsel to agency cross-functional teams, ensuring creative execution directly supports overarching business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day agency relationships and vendor workflows to ensure high-visibility deliverables are executed on schedule and within budget.
- Optimize collaborative campaign processes between creative talent, suppliers, and key stakeholders to maximize brand performance and strategic ROI.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience as an Account Manager within an advertising agency, specifically supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients.
- Specialized expertise in managing complex, highly regulated multichannel marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Proven track record of delivering consultative strategy and building high-trust partnerships between agency teams and enterprise stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, paired with exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
