We are seeking a Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to support both external communications and internal operations. This role is ideal for a creative, highly organized professional with 2+ years of experience who is eager to grow within a design-focused studio.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing (Approx. 60%)
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including proposals, qualifications packages (SOQs), project sheets, and presentations
- Support preparation and coordination of RFQs/RFPs, including formatting and content assembly
- Manage and update the firm’s website and social media platforms
- Organize and maintain project imagery, resumes, and marketing assets
- Assist with branding, award submissions, and outreach initiatives
Administrative (Approx. 40%)
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, office coordination, and communications
- Format and organize internal documents, reports, and templates
- Maintain CRM/contact databases and support client outreach and event coordination
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks (as needed and based on experience)
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in marketing, communications, design, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably within architecture, landscape architecture, or a creative professional services firm
- Strong writing, editing, and graphic layout skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required), Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
- Experience with website content management systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong time management skills
- Experience with CRM or project management tools (e.g., MailChimp, Factor AE) is a plus
- Interest in design, sustainability, and the built environment
