Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative

At Ravenwood Veterinary Clinic, we’re a locally owned and operated practice in beautiful Eagle River, Alaska — and we’re on the lookout for a new Client Service Representative to join our fun, caring team!
We’re all about exceptional service, top-notch patient care, and a positive work environment. If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and love keeping things running smoothly (and maybe enjoy a few tail wags along the way), we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and their furry family members with a smile
- Manage phones, schedule appointments, and process payments
- Keep things organized with data entry, filing, and record management
- Support our doctors and techs by prepping exam rooms
- Communicate clearly with clients about care, services, and invoices
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning veterinary software
- Prior vet clinic experience is a big plus
- Able to lift 40 lbs and stay on your feet most of the day
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and love for learning
