What We’re Looking For
We are not looking for someone who just wants to “do facials.”
Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset. We are seeking someone who is excited to actively market themselves, cultivate lasting client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is hungry to grow and build a consistent, booked-out schedule
- Is confident in consultation, treatment planning, and client education
- Understands the importance of rebooking, retail, and package sales
- Is proactive with marketing (social media, before/afters, client engagement)
- Is comfortable and experienced performing waxing services, including bikini and Brazilian waxing
- Thrives in an independent, high-performance environment and is confident managing the full client experience—including opening/closing procedures, client check-in and checkout, rebooking, and maintaining a polished, professional space
Services Include
- Customized facials
- Chemical peels (PCA, Skinceuticals, etc)
- Dermaplaning
- Full face and body waxing (including bikini and Brazilian)
- Advanced skincare treatments (training provided as needed)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality skincare treatments with a focus on client results and experience
- Conduct thorough consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans
- Drive rebooking, package sales, and retail recommendations
- Maintain strict sanitation and treatment room standards
- Utilize booking systems to manage appointments and client records
- Assist with social media content (before/afters, client education, promotion)
- Support daily operations including client check-in, checkout, and scheduling
✅ Requirements
- Active Illinois Esthetician License
- 2 years experience required (medspa experience strongly preferred)
- Experience and confidence in bikini and Brazilian waxing required
- Strong consultation, communication, and sales skills
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Able to manage the entire client experience from check-in to check-out
- Provide top tier customer service
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and delivering results
Compensation & Growth
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Retail commission + performance-based bonuses

Pay: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour
