- Guide customers through resolving past-due telecom accounts
- Develop and negotiate effective payment arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals
- Maintain accurate documentation while following all compliance requirements

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We are looking for experienced telecom collection agents
You Will Need:
- Previous telecom collections experience
- Experience with or aptitude for payment plan negotiation
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional phone manner
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to pass background check, reference check, and drug screen
