Opening for mainly kitchen and bathroom remodels. Job locations are typical to Boone & Winnebago county surrounding areas. Common hours M-F 8AM-4PM.
Candidate Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own the tools needed to complete full remodels
Complete plumbing and electrical work independently, following applicable codes.
Install tile at a premium level, with at least 5 years of tile-setting experience.
Respect customers, their homes, their property, and their wishes
Maintain a clean, professional appearance
Arrive on time and maintain a reliable schedule
Work confidently and complete assigned tasks without supervision
Follow instructions, receive feedback, and communicate effectively
Job Duties:
Load and unload tools and materials as needed
Set up and assemble equipment and tools
Operate tools and equipment safely and properly
Prepare, maintain, and clean up jobsites
Perform physical work that may include lifting over 75 lbs, prolonged standing, bending, and twisting
Complete all work according to any drawings, plans, or revisions
Summary
In this position, you will perform renovation projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship from framing to finish trim.
Reporting to the site supervisor or project manager, you will interpret blueprints, operate tools, and apply residential remodeling best practices. You are expected to maintain organized workspaces, adhere to safety standards, and collaborate with teams to deliver timely, durable remodel solutions.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
