Location: Saint Paul, MN
- Travel between branch locations and support multiple offices
Wage: $25 – $30 per hour + quarterly bonuses
Schedule: Monday – Friday with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs

Duties of the bilingual recruiter:
- Screen, interview, and match candidates to client openings
- Assist job seekers with interview preparation and onboarding
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS systems
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Ensure compliance with hiring requirements, including I-9 verification
- Support recruiting efforts at multiple branch locations as needed
- Assist with office coverage and candidate support when needed
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity
Requirements of the bilingual recruiter:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and staffing software
- Ability to travel between branch locations and support multiple offices as needed
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs
