We are seeking commercial pipe fitters to work on large projects in the Sherman, Tx Long-term (8-10 months) and we have a backlog of projects to keep you busy. You will work a minimum of 60 hours per week. Perdiem will be at $50 p/day, and 50 paid out for mileage. Pay is weekly and is direct deposit only.
We are seeking experienced Commercial Pipefitters ready to start immediately! The ideal candidate will have experience installing, assembling, fabricating, maintaining, and repairing CARBON STEEL/STAINLESS piping systems used in commercial construction projects.
We will also take pipe fitter helpers
Responsibilities
- Install carbon/stainless steel piping systems according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, thread, groove, and fit pipe for installation.
- Install hangers, supports, valves, pumps, and related equipment.
- Perform pipe layout and field fabrication.
- Assist with pressure testing, system startup, and troubleshooting.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
- Work independently or as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of commercial pipefitting experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with threaded, grooved, welded, and mechanical piping systems.
- Knowledge of commercial construction jobsite safety requirements.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check if required by the project.
