What We're Looking For
- Experience operating asphalt rollers on paving crews (this is a must - please do not apply if you do not have experience)
- Understanding of proper rolling patterns, densities, and mat quality
- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work as part of a crew
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)

- 50-60+ hours per week during the paving season
