Lenus In Home Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide coverage for a medically complex adult client in the home setting.

Qualifications
- Current Georgia LPN license in good standing
- Experience with tracheostomy and feeding tube care preferred
- Comfortable providing total care in a home setting
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and dependable
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an LPN who:
- Is confident in skilled nursing tasks
- Is calm and observant
- Understands the importance of consistency and reliability
- Can work independently in a home environment
- Enteral (feeding tube) management
- Total assistance with ADLs
- Full bed-bound care (repositioning, skin monitoring, hygiene)
- Vital signs and clinical observation
- Documentation per agency requirements
- Communication with supervising RN and office staff
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
