Role: Phlebotomist Float
Location: 4884 Davis Blvd, Naples FL 34104
Shift: Monday- Friday-shifts vary 5am-4pm. Rotational Saturday 6am-11:30-12pm. EST
Pay rate: $25.00/hr to $27.00/hr on W2
Job Summary
Responsible for safe and accurate blood collection, specimen processing, patient identification, documentation, and providing excellent patient service. May work across Patient Service Centers, physician offices, and other locations based on business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years phlebotomy experience REQUIRED, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
- Floaters travel in between multiple sites and are expected to be on time at whatever site they are covering for that day.
- Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- 2+ years of Patient Service Center experience preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to travel between locations, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required when applicable.
Preferred
- Medical Assistant or Paramedic training.
- Retail/service customer experience.
- Keyboarding/data-entry experience.
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
