About AGC Therapy
AGC Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric occupational and speech therapy practice in Lexington, Kentucky.
We intentionally operate differently from large, high-volume therapy environments. Our goal is to give clinicians autonomy, flexibility, manageable productivity expectations, and greater control over their schedules and caseloads.
Our therapists provide services in our Lexington clinic as well as local private schools and daycares, providing variety throughout the week.
Help Shape Our Growing Speech Program
Speech therapy is a growing part of AGC Therapy, giving you the opportunity to have a real voice in how our program develops. We value your experience, clinical interests, and ideas, and you'll have input as we expand our services and resources.
You'll have the autonomy to practice as a clinician while being supported by an established pediatric therapy team and administrative staff.
Flexible Start with a Path to Full-Time
This position begins with a flexible part-time/PRN caseload while a consistent caseload is established. As your caseload grows to full-time volume, the position transitions to salaried full-time employment with additional benefits.
