Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LMSW or ALC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic support to individuals, particularly those with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. This role requires a commitment to fostering mental health and well-being in a supportive environment, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and assessments.
Duties
- Provide counseling services to individuals and families, focusing on psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay informed about medical terminology and ICD-10 coding for accurate reporting and billing purposes.
- Offer telehealth services as needed, ensuring accessibility for clients who may not be able to attend in-person sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for clients.
- Facilitate Group Therapy
Experience
- A valid license as an ALC or LMSW required
- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 coding, and HIPAA compliance is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in patient assessment and individualized treatment planning is preferred
- Group counseling

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
