Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed LMHC/ licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, focusing on a holistic approach to treatment. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their personal goals.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Run IOP program groups
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including motivational interviewing and behavioral therapy.
- Offer counseling services to children and families, addressing issues such as emotional distress, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ICD-10standards.
- Facilitate support groups and workshops for clients and their families.
- Engage in ongoing research to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health care.
- Provide home community care services as needed, ensuring clients receive support in their natural environments.
Experience
- A LMHC/LCSW from an accredited institution is required.
- Valid LMHC/LCSW license is mandatory for practice.
- Experience working with children and families is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Christian counseling principles is a plus.
- Previous experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is beneficial.
- Knowledge of child family counseling techniques and home community care practices is preferred.
- Strong understanding of motivational interviewing techniques and behavioral therapy approaches is essential.
- Proficiency in research methodologies related to social work practices will be advantageous.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
