Elite Guard is seeking motivated and qualified individuals to be part of our corporate team headquartered in Sunny Isles Beach. Pay rates are $20.00 to $25.00 per hour or higher depending on experience and skill set.

Schedule: Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm (WEEKENDS OFF)
MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Communicate high level expectations consistently to the team to ensure client and employee satisfaction and retention
- Engage regularly with clients.
- Assist in coordinating the day-to-day team effort of Operations Managers and other assigned personnel to ensure that services are delivered in a quality and cost-effective manner.
- Recruit, counsel, and develop employees for advancement opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be willing to obtain a valid Class D Security License within 90 days of employment
- Must be able to CLEARLY communicate in English, Spanish a plus.
- Must be well-organized and able to multitask
- Minimum 2 years in the security field, preferred with law enforcement/corrections background
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to perform all physical activities required by the job
- Must abide by the Elite Guard grooming standards
