What You'll Do
As a Bartender, you'll be more than someone who serves drinks—you'll create an exciting, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while following company standards and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Recommend beverages, menu favorites, and signature sauces to enhance the guest experience.
- Build relationships with guests through friendly conversation and exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Accurately process orders and payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Work alongside the Front of House team to ensure every guest has a legendary experience.
- Help create the energetic atmosphere that makes Buffalo Wild Wings the ultimate destination for sports fans.
