N2 LLC is hiring Colorado-based Account Executives (remote) to sell real-time energy waste recovery solutions to commercial facilities. This is a pure commission-only role with uncapped upside and residual income.

The Role
As an Account Executive you will:
- Prospect and engage commercial decision-makers across Colorado (facility managers, owners, CFOs, property managers)
- Use our proprietary 90-second Energy Audit tool to generate instant, branded gap reports that quantify waste and open doors
- Present and close Eniscope Hybrid + Air suite solutions (plus complementary power quality, water, and efficiency products)
- Build long-term client relationships that generate recurring residual income for you
- Work fully remote within Colorado with high autonomy and accountability
Compensation
100% commission-only with uncapped earning potential.
Competitive commissions on closed projects + ongoing residual share of SaaS / VEM revenue on every site you bring online. You build a real book of business that continues to pay you month after month.
Who Thrives Here
- Proven B2B sales track record (solar, energy efficiency, commercial services, or complex solution sales strongly preferred)
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
- Strong consultative selling skills — you listen first and help clients see money they are already losing
- Colorado-based or fully focused on the Colorado market
- Existing commercial relationships in the state are a major plus
