Description of Ag Conditioning Operator
- Ensure product integrity through thorough cleaning between conditioning runs and when transferring seed into processing tower
- Minimize downtime due to lack of seed package
- Implement QMS program within area of responsibility
- Ensure a safe work environment and implementing company safety programs
- Full time, long-term position
- 1st shift position
- Temp-to-perm
Requirements of Ag Conditioning Operator
- Experience in agriculture and warehouse preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation, position is NOT on a bus line
- Must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check
- Reliable work history with good references required
Compensation of Ag Conditioning Operator
- $19-$20 per hour (plus bonuses)
