About the Event
moe.down is a multi-day outdoor music and camping festival taking place at the West End Fairgrounds in Gilbert, PA. We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking bartenders to join our team and help create a great experience for festival attendees.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in:
- Bartending
- Restaurants and hospitality
- Catering
- Festivals, concerts, and special events
- Customer service
Responsibilities
- Serve beer, cocktails, and other beverages in a fast-paced festival environment
- Verify IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Keep bar areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Provide excellent customer service to festival guests
- Work closely with bar managers and event staff
- Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties

Preference will be given to applicants available multiple days or the entire festival weekend.
Requirements
- Must be 21+
- Prior bartending or alcohol service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Professional, positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and work well with a team
- Ability to lift kegs, cases, and bar supplies as needed
